MINOR POLICY for Piercings

IAW FLORIDA STATUTE 381.0075

No one under the age of 18 will be pierced without NOTARIZED parental consent. We have notaries on staff, an additional $10 notary 

Photo ID's are required for both parent and minor (a copy of the birth certificate will also be required if last names don't match).
